MUSEUM OF SCIENCE //

IT’S NOT A RENOVATION. IT’S A REINVENTION.

The Museum of Science is transforming its Blue Wing into the “Public Science Common,” a flexible 10,000-square-foot space for exhibitions, global conventions, student competitions, and more. But during construction, the area was blocked off—leaving visitors underwhelmed. Our challenge was to create signage that not only informed, but generated excitement for what’s coming. So we went further: designing a vibrant animation that played across the museum’s Duratran screens. Using playful mixed-media collage, we symbolized collaboration and the spark of curiosity at the heart of the museum’s mission.
