CELEBRATING 20 YEARS SINCE THE ‘04 RED SOX BROKE THE CURSE

It’s been 2 decades since the ’04 Sox broke the 86-year curse, 20 years of A&G’s partnership with the Foundation to be Named Later, and in 2024, I was given the opportunity to make the poster for The Foundations annual fundraiser. This years event: Homecoming.

INSPO & PROCESS //
The iconic Boston Globe newspaper that immortalized this moment is woven into the very fabric of this city’s history. My goal was to recapture it in a new lens, to give both the poster and the event the sense of legacy and significance this moment holds for the city.

EVENT //
It’s one thing to see your work out in the wild… but watching people hold it in their hands, grinning ear to ear, while Hall-of-Fame athletes sign it and take pictures with them? Gold.
